Sunday night we joined friends at OZ-Mex in Bairnsdale. I’ve been going here for many years and always have a great evening. The food is consistently good. The drinks are great. Staff are really accommodating – prepared to go the extra mile in providing drinks and meals that accommodate allergies. Sunday was no exception.
We started by sharing a Platter of 4 mixed dips. These were great and our waiter obligingly brought us extra corn chips when we were running low. For mains we chose the Carna Asada, Crazy Seafood Enchilada (x 2) and the Scallop Enchilada. All were excellent.
Only downside here is that sometimes you have to actively chase someone to take your order or refresh the drinks. But there are plenty of staff and this has never been too hard to do.
