Just had a lovely dinner at the New Bay Bistro.
Garlic bread arrived promptly. Was lovely and hot with a healthy sprinkle of parsley.
Three of us chose the veal scallopini whilst the fourth settled for the lamb shanks.
The veal was lovely. Tender meat in a really nice sauce. And the lamb shanks looked great and I’m told they tasted excellent.
All the serves were really large so no one was going to go hungry tonight.
For dessert I had the sticky date pudding. Presented beautifully and the taste lived up to the looks!
